About
Registered Counselling Therapist-Candidate (RCT-C)
I work with adults who feel stuck: in a relationship, in a job, in a season of life that has gone on too long. My approach is warm and practical. We'll look at what's happening now, what it's connected to, and what a small next step could be.
I grew up in Dartmouth and came to counselling after ten years in community health. Outside the office I'm usually walking the Salt Marsh Trail or trying to keep a sourdough starter alive.
